The Architecture concept began with trying to provide as much ambient light as possible to garden, swimming pool, ground floor, and basement. From there GMI STUDIO installed a chamfer on one corner, cladded and raised through the use of dual boards, shielding that corner of the residence from direct sunlight. The remaining exterior, while using floor to ceiling windows that extended across 2 floors, is protected from direct light by height-matching panels. They are carefully placed to allow certain light in and keep intense sunlight out. The house includes a large living room, 2 master bedrooms and 1 master bedroom suite. Two of them are apartments that are equal in size, which include 2 master bedrooms each. A small, personal balcony is included in one of the bedrooms.
